User's use, and the use by each user who uses User's password, of the site shall be subject to Company's Terms and Conditions of Use posted on the site, which are incorporated herein in their entirety by this reference, including without limitation the Liability Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability.

1. Indemnification.

Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary, User shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and customers from and against all claims, injury, liability, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting, directly or indirectly, from any activity related to or arising from User's use of the site, any of User's employee(s) use of the site, and/or any use of the site by any person using User's password.
