I applied eight gallons of C2 Guard on my 10-year old 30x40 patio this weekend. After a quick power washing and overnight dry, the material applied easily and uniformly with a basic garden pump sprayer. It laid down nice with no odor. I purposely did not treat my neighbors’ side of our shared patio. After this morning's light rain, the results were dramatic. The C2 Guard side was impervious to the rainfall, while the untreated side absorbed the rain like a sponge.
