Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at c2paint.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Currently we ship within the U.S. and Canada. Please visit our Retailer Locator to find a C2 dealer near you.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders may not ship or be delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment of goods requires a full and complete address. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or A.P.O/F.P.O. addresses.

If you have a request for the product to be left outside at your location, it is at the discretion of the delivery person. Please check with carrier for further details.

Weather Delays

During cold weather shipment may be delayed. Extreme weather may cause paint to freeze or spoil especially because of the eco-friendly nature of our product. If you will not be able to pick up your paint within 8 hours of delivery during freezing temperatures, we recommend you send your package to a location that will protect the product from extreme temperatures.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs & Taxes

C2 Paint is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

C2 Paint is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please see Return Policy below.

 

Return Policy

Most paints are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged, we will work with you to provide a full refund or exchange. If you are unhappy with your paint for any reason, please contact us our customer service department at info@c2paint.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Painting supplies must be returned within 30 days, in their original packaging which must be unused and unopened.
